Young Elites was founded in Sheffield in 2014 by our Head Coach & Sheffiled United Academy Youth Development Phase Coach, Faffy Gwindi (UEFA B 21/22, AYA YDP 24/25).

We are proud of our unique methodology and philosophy accessible to all children within an engaging, challenging and rewarding environment for children of all aptitudes. 

Our robust relationships built from working in academy football allows us to refer children to local clubs for assessment as part of our learning program; we are a partner club to Sheffield United Academy and continue to support children here at Young Elites to achieve their goals.

Our staff also work at Sheffield United Academy across Pre Academy to Youth Development Phase. Our ability to develop our coaching team is evident in the amount of coaches we have supported in networking and working with Sheffield United Academy. This benefits our children as they receive the best coaching program in our locality and beyond.
